RETURNS

If you wish to return or exchange an item please email us at support@libertyclothing.com

The items must be unworn and all original tags must be attached and must have been purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a return or exchange.  If 30 days have passed from the day of delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer you an exchange or refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake on Liberty Clothing’s end.

Returns are discretionary upon inspection of the item once received by us.

REFUNDS

 Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  When you receive your refund the cost of shipping will be deducted if applicable.

SHIPPING

We ask our customers to please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing of your order.  Once the order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent with tracking information.

All items are shipped via Canada Post from our location in Mississauga.  Item’s shipped within Canada take on average between 3-8 days for delivery.  International delivery times vary depending on location.
